As part of this work, we will review your current PR activities and may suggest a communications audit to assess how your company or brand is currently perceived in the market and to identify strengths and weaknesses. Evaluating your existing website and other marketing materials is also important, as is confirming that the key messages you are delivering to your target audiences are the right ones.
Once we have done the groundwork, we will work with you to define exactly what you are trying to achieve and to develop a PR strategy which will ensure that we are delivering the right messages to the right audiences. Once this is agreed, we will create a tactical PR plan which enables us to deliver the strategy through the most efficient and cost-effective communication channels. You may want to manage some aspects of the programme yourselves while we deliver others. You may wish us to manage the entire programme. We are flexible and our priority is always to ensure that we are delivering results that make a positive difference to your business.
Measuring success is, of course, important so we invariably ask the question: ‘What does success look like to you?’ Based on your response, we will set measurable objectives for our campaigns and constantly review progress so that we refine and add to our activities to ensure that they continue to achieve results as your business priorities evolve.
